My Mission
At In the Stream Healing Arts, my mission is to offer a quality-centered, intentionally paced healing arts practice grounded in presence, integrity and collaboration. Blending trauma-informed massage therapy, sound healing, Reiki, yoga and integrative practices, I create a steady, compassionate space where individuals can reconnect with their own inner wisdom, restore wholeness and cultivate lasting alignment of body, mind and spirit. My work honors both ancient traditions and modern understanding -- always centered on depth, discernment and authentic care.

Appointments are offered on a limited, every-other-week basis as part of a thoughtfully paced, quality-centered practice rooted in presence, depth and integrity.
If you do not see available times, the current session block is fully booked. New openings are released on a rolling basis.
Due to the nature of my schedule, I’m unable to accommodate urgent or same-week requests. If the available times don’t align with your needs, you’re welcome to reach out to explore future openings.
